Shopping

Within a few minutes walk from the property there is a boulangerie, boucherie, epicerie and pharmacy.  In the Bastide you will find a whole range of Boutiques selling designer clothes as well as more affordable high street shops selling current fashionable clothing.  Within the Cite there are the usual gift shops and also some boutiques selling more unusual clothing and jewelery.

Restaurants

In both the Cite and Bastide you will find many excellent good value restaurants close at hand.  For example - "La Jardin de la Tour" in the Cite, "Restaurant Rodriguez" in the Bastide just off Place Canot and a personal favorite "Le Parc" owned by the regions premier Chef - Frank Putelat.  If its pizzas you want "Le Divine Comedie" makes pizzas to rival most!

Buses

There are free buses from Square Gambetta to the Cite and urban buses (AggloBus) which run to the airport and all over town.

Trains

The train Station is ten minutes walk from the property or just a short taxi ride.  You can take regular trains to Toulouse, Perpignan, Narbonne and Montpellier as well as other lesser known destinations.

Tourist Information

As well as finding much more information in the property you can visit the "Office de Tourisme" just off Square Gambetta who provide excellent information in fluent English if you wish.
