Entering the house from the street brings you into a small
entrance hall leading into the spacious living room. Comfortably furnished &
with French/English Satellite TV, DVD & Hi-fi. The sofa also converts to a
double bed if required.
Directly off the living room is the well equipped modern kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle & all the equipment you need for a short or long stay. A dining table & chairs are provided.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & cleaning equipment & separate WC/washbasin.
The first floor accommodation consists of two large double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room with double and single bed. Plus a separate family bathroom.
Leading off the first floor landing is the entrance to the roof terrace. This covered area has open front and sides giving fabulous views of the historic Cite of Carcassonne and its Ramparts. It provides essential shade in the summer and protection in the winter to allow year round usage. A Dining table and additional reclining chairs are provided.
